Pickup and Delivery Services

For your laundry service, you can use any laundry bag of your own or a kitchen bag. Just make sure to clearly label it – or them – with your name and “For Laundry” so our drivers can easily recognise it. So, we will return your clean laundry in a clean transparent bag with your name on it. You will be billed at 1.75 per lb rate.

Yes. We offer a truly FREE laundry pickup and delivery for both residential and commercial.

Any business from restaurants, nursing homes, bars, airbnb, senior lving – you name it. We are here to serve anyone’s commercial laundry needs.
Yes. We do have an order minimum. Please refer to Pickup and Delivery for more details.
No. It’s completely free. Offering “free” pickup and delivery while charging a service or gas fee is misleading — we don’t operate that way. No service fee, no delivery fee, no gas fee – no gimmicks.
Laundry pickup and delivery is available six days a week from Monday through Saturday. Our route starts from 7:30 am and continues until all pickups and drop offs are complete for that day. Sundays are delivery days only.
We currently serve Durham, Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Morrisville and some parts of Raleigh. We do plan on expanding our service area in future. To find out if we service your area, please click Service Areas.
We accept any items that are known to be washed in a washer machine. Please make sure to read the label first. We do not wash items that are not machine washable.
We wash comforters and rugs of any size. Just make sure to read the label and confirm that your comforters/rugs are machine washable.
Yes. We air dry items that are not supposed to be in the dryer. Just let us know which items you would like us to air dry.
No need to pre-sort. We’ll sort your items by color prior to washing.

Your laundry is neatly folded and packaged in a brand new clear plastic bag with your name on it.
No, you do not need to be home for pickup or delivery. Just make sure to place your clothes where our driver can easily access. We will drop it off at the same location. You can also leave us instructions when placing your order.
You can please order online by clicking on “Schedule A Pickup” located on the top bar of the page. You can also contact our Customer Service team at 919-237-2417 to place your order.
Currently, we do not provide same day pickup and delivery.
When you create an account online or via our mobile app, you’ll provide us with a credit card to use for completed orders. The card will be automatically charged prior to delivery.
