Bagging Instructions: Since our Wash, Dry, & Fold service is priced by weight, please bring your laundry in a washable hamper or securely tied trash bags. Do not bring laundry in plastic hampers, suitcases or any heavy non-washable container. When do I get my clothes back?

Same day if dropped off before 3pm and 12pm the following day if dropped off after 3pm. Please note that we have limited spots available each day for same day service, so it’s first come first serve basis.

I like a certain detergent, can I give it to you to use?

Yes! If you want to give us your preferred products, that’s no problem. So, We’ll use your provided detergent/softener and return with your neatly folded laundry.

When can I drop off my clothes?

You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. So, we are always attended.

What items can I give you?

Is there a minimum amount of clothing?

Yes. There is a minimum on every order. Please refer to Wash, Dry & Fold for more details.

Do you are air dry items that require air drying?

Yes. We air dry items that are not supposed to be in the dryer. So, Just let us know which items you would like us to air dry.

Do I need to pre-sort my laundry?

No need to pre-sort. We’ll sort your items by color prior to washing.

How does my laundry get weighed?

We weigh your clothing before we launder your clothing. So, the clothing is charged based on the “before weight” and payment must be made at the time of drop-off.

How is my laundry packaged for delivery?

Your laundry is neatly folded and packaged in a brand new clear plastic bag with your name on it.

What if I have other questions that you haven’t answered about your laundry service?

Please call Rise N Rinse Laundromat at 919-237-2417 or email us at cs@risenrinse.com. So, We will be happy to talk to you or help walk you through placing your first order.

Can I change or update my laundry profile?

Yes, some customers always want their clothing laundered the same way. So, others change it weekly depending on what clothing they are having washed.

Can I make special requests on the way my laundry is done?

We do our best to accommodate every request. So, Let us know how you want your laundry done by putting it in your profile.

Do you treat stains?

Please put any clothing that needs special attention in a small bag with a note on what you need done. We will do the best we can. If, however, you pretreat a stain as soon as it happens, the odds go up that it will be successful in removing the stain. So, We do not guarantee stain removal.

I want to use the Wash and Fold but am allergic to scent. Do I need to bring my own detergent?

You are welcome to bring your own detergent if you prefer.

We came here to do a uniform wash on a tournament weekend - we immediately were greeted by a friendly staff member who showed us how to use the card system and which machines to use. She keeps the place running like a tight ship while always greeting customers with a smile and genuine kindness. The entire laundromat is incredibly clean, organized, and comfortable. The AC is nice and cold, there’s free Wi-Fi, and it’s such a relaxing place to wait while your laundry is being done. I especially love that you receive a text when your laundry is complete—so convenient! This is officially my new favorite place to wash my comforters. I can clean my whole house top to bottom (and do), but when it comes to laundry, I fight it and I lose every time. The whole process is daunting: gathering baskets, hauling them up and down stairs, remembering to go put laundry in the dryer after, having to lug it all back up the stairs and then fold it, hang it and put it away. I'm just done. I'm in a new era of my life, and I don't have time to fight myself or things I hate anymore. I decided spur of the moment last Wednesday that I'm just over the laundry struggle. I went online and searched for laundry service. This was the first place that popped up. The reviews were great. The terms were reasonable. The booking was simple. So I went for it. They picked up my laundry the following day, kept me up-to-date on the whole process, and then dropped it off fresh, clean, folded, and smelling lovely the day after. Our son’s dryer broke in his apartment and we were leaving early the next morning; so we needed a laundry mat to help with finishing our clothes for the trip. We googled and Rise and Rinse came up first with high ratings so we decided to go there. What a nice place..it is large inside and very clean. The employee working (Latonya) was amazing and we had a nice conversation with her. She helped my wife and I get a card and taught us how to use the machines. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. Needed to wash about 8-10 loads from a vacation and a big washable rug so instead of wasting all weekend I decided to give this place a try from a friend’s recommendation. The place is extremely clean and Carlos the attendant was very friendly and so helpful. They have cameras inside for security purposes and if you decide to leave after you start your laundry they will text you when it’s finished. Highly recommend!!! And they will do wash and fold if you decide to just leave your laundry they will do it for you with a 1 day turnaround. Ask for Carlos he’s the best! ***Updated review 07/2026 Rise and Rinse has completely changed how my family handles laundry. We have a washing machine at home, but between busy schedules, their pick-up and delivery service has been a lifesaver. They pick up your clothes right at your doorstep, text you updates every step of the way, and have everything back to you the very next day. It doesn't get more convenient than that. I've also visited the store in person, and it's spotless, the attendants are consistently friendly and helpful. What really sets Rise and Rinse apart is their customer service. I had a question about how they handle separate bag processing, and store manager Asim Ghulamani called me personally to walk through it. He even said he'd update the FAQ page to make things clearer for future customers. He also updated my wash instructions so I wouldn't have to repeat myself next time, then followed up by email with the new instructions to make sure everything was correct before confirming. In a world where good customer service can feel rare, Asim and Carolyn at Rise and Rinse prove it's still alive and well.
