Carolyn was absolutely wonderful and so welcoming at Rise and Shine Laundromat! She keeps the place running like a tight ship while always greeting customers with a smile and genuine kindness. The entire laundromat is incredibly clean, organized, and comfortable. The AC is nice and cold, there’s free Wi-Fi, and it’s such a relaxing place to wait while your laundry is being done. I especially love that you receive a text when your laundry is complete—so convenient! This is officially my new favorite place to wash my comforters. Perfect. Amazing. Exceeded expectations. I can clean my whole house top to bottom (and do), but when it comes to laundry, I fight it and I lose every time. The whole process is daunting: gathering baskets, hauling them up and down stairs, remembering to go put laundry in the dryer after, having to lug it all back up the stairs and then fold it, hang it and put it away. I'm just done. I'm in a new era of my life, and I don't have time to fight myself or things I hate anymore. I decided spur of the moment last Wednesday that I'm just over the laundry struggle. I went online and searched for laundry service. This was the first place that popped up. The reviews were great. The terms were reasonable. The booking was simple. So I went for it. They picked up my laundry the following day, kept me up-to-date on the whole process, and then dropped it off fresh, clean, folded, and smelling lovely the day after. This was a great decision, and I'm very pleased with their service. I'll definitely keep doing this and recommend it highly.

Our son’s dryer broke in his apartment and we were leaving early the next morning; so we needed a laundry mat to help with finishing our clothes for the trip. We googled and Rise and Rinse came up first with high ratings so we decided to go there. What a nice place..it is large inside and very clean. The employee working (Latonya) was amazing and we had a nice conversation with her. She helped my wife and I get a card and taught us how to use the machines. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. Needed to wash about 8-10 loads from a vacation and a big washable rug so instead of wasting all weekend I decided to give this place a try from a friend’s recommendation. The place is extremely clean and Carlos the attendant was very friendly and so helpful. They have cameras inside for security purposes and if you decide to leave after you start your laundry they will text you when it’s finished. Highly recommend!!! And they will do wash and fold if you decide to just leave your laundry they will do it for you with a 1 day turnaround. Ask for Carlos he’s the best! ***Updated review 07/2026 Rise and Rinse has completely changed how my family handles laundry. We have a washing machine at home, but between busy schedules, their pick-up and delivery service has been a lifesaver. They pick up your clothes right at your doorstep, text you updates every step of the way, and have everything back to you the very next day. It doesn't get more convenient than that. I've also visited the store in person, and it's spotless, the attendants are consistently friendly and helpful. What really sets Rise and Rinse apart is their customer service. I had a question about how they handle separate bag processing, and store manager Asim Ghulamani called me personally to walk through it. He even said he'd update the FAQ page to make things clearer for future customers. He also updated my wash instructions so I wouldn't have to repeat myself next time, then followed up by email with the new instructions to make sure everything was correct before confirming.
