Bagging Instructions:
Since our Wash, Dry, & Fold service is priced by weight, please bring your laundry in a washable hamper or securely tied trash bags. This lets us weigh them immediately and avoids the extra step of transferring clothes into another container.

What products do you use?
Detergent – Tide Pods, Gain Pods, Tide Free & Gentle Pods, All Free and Clear Pods.
Bleach – Clorox (for whites)
Dryer Sheets – Bounce We will separate dark and lights before we put your clothes into washer.
We neatly fold your laundry and put it in a clear plastic bag.

When do I get my clothes back?
Same day if dropped off before 3pm and 12pm the following day if dropped off after 3pm. Please note that we have limited spots available each day for same day service, so it’s first come first serve basis.
I like a certain detergent, can I give it to you to use?
Yes! If you want to give us your preferred products, that’s no problem. We’ll use your provided detergent/softener and return with your neatly folded laundry
When can I drop off my clothes?
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. We are always attended.
What items can I give you?
We accept any items that are known to be washed in a washer machine. Please make sure to read the label first. We do not wash items that are not machine washable.
Is there a minimum amount of clothing?
Yes. There is a minimum on every order. Please refer to Wash, Dry & Fold for more details.
Do you are air dry items that require air drying?
Yes. We air dry items that are not supposed to be in the dryer. Just let us know which items you would like us to air dry.
Do I need to pre-sort my laundry?
No need to pre-sort. We’ll sort your items by color prior to washing.
How does my laundry get weighed?
We weigh your clothing before we launder your clothing. The clothing is charged based on the “before weight” and payment must be made at the time of drop-off.
How is my laundry packaged for delivery?
Your laundry is neatly folded and packaged in a brand new clear plastic bag with your name on it.
What if I have other questions that you haven’t answered about your laundry service?

Can I change or update my laundry profile?
Yes, some customers always want their clothing laundered the same way. Others change it weekly depending on what clothing they are having washed.
Can I make special requests on the way my laundry is done?
We do our best to accommodate every request. Let us know how you want your laundry done by putting it in your profile.
Do you treat stains?
Please put any clothing that needs special attention in a small bag with a note on what you need done. We will do the best we can. If, however, you pretreat a stain as soon as it happens, the odds go up that it will be successful in removing the stain. We do not guarantee stain removal.
I want to use the Wash and Fold but am allergic to scent. Do I need to bring my own detergent?
You are welcome to bring your own detergent if you prefer.
